I've never had a remote break before, but
it appears to be cooked! When I click on
the buttons nothing happens. I replaced
the batteries, it still fails. Where can I
buy a remote replacement or a suitable
substitute?

It's odd, but it started working again. I wonder if
I hit some kind of locking key. Usually when it locks,
I can press the buttons & it'll light up the keys but
nothing will happen, but not this time. Maybe the
light-up LED is broken but it was just locked? I
really hate that feature.
