Hello again. I just wanted to say thanks to you all on this forum. Also the references, and info provided by gonk. I thought the 990 not having an HDMI input would be a problem, and it's not. With the input I got, and what I read online, there are ways around that, which is good. Now I am convinced that this is a processor on the top of my list again! Getting to the 990 on sale for $799.00..... Even thought the 990, and an amp are still the same price(combo special), I will still save on free shipping, and $200.00 towards the 990 replacement. With the support in this forum, the excellent reviews online, and customer service, I feel I can't go wrong...Now all I have to do is, bite the bullet, and press the buy button before the end of this month! Is there free shipping on the 990? If so, the special for the 990 is even better than I thought. I would also have an additional incentive to convince my wife to let me get the 990 this month.
