I just tried it, and I'm not getting a response....I have the OSD MSG set to ON per the manual instructions for video 1 using the optical 1 input....but no "LIP SYNC DELAY" message appears on the 990 when I hit the sync button on the romote. My monitor out connection to the TV is via a composite to a separate input...would that be part of the problem?
