Just curious exactly which numbers are used when entering your serial number for the firmware update. It says to only enter numbers and I feel like I have tried every combination under the sun with no such luck. Especially with the odd letter or puncuation thrown in the middle of the numbers Thanks for any help!

If I remember correctly, I just put in the numbers with no spaces. If it doesn't com easily, though, give Outlaw a call or send them an e-mail (both forms of contact are available here ) and they can get you on track.
