I first brought NAD gear 23 years ago, and I have a NAD 701 receiver and 513 CD player from about 10 years ago. The 701 is doing well but the CD player is a bit flakey. I don't think that I would buy NAD again based on reliability. One of the local HiFi dealers used to carry NAD until they got too many returns - they told me that NAD started manufacturing at different sites and didn't have control over QC. I haven't heard new NAD equipment since there are no longer any local dealers, but Rotel has often been held to be a step up from NAD in the UK, and the Outlaw 1070 sounds comparable to the Rotel RSX-1057. So I'd stick with Outlaw over NAD. Plus the guys at Outlaw will help you out either with the Outlaw equipment or the other components that you use with the Outlaw gear. Just my opinion.
