Glad to see other people appreciate the Threshold brand. I had a Threshold S300 which was class A/B. To this day, my friends and I have always been impressed with the Threshold sound and build quality.

PS. When we were shopping for our gear, Threshold repeatedly sounded better than the bright Krells and to me,the sometimes bland and uninvolving Levinsons.

forgot to mention. I own the MCA50 and it sounds much better than many amps in its price range, with ample power. The unit is also dead silent.
