I've used Blue Jeans, Outlaw, and BetterCables. In my opinion, BetterCables have gotten overpriced, but Blue Jeans and Outlaw both offer some good value for the quality of cable provided (the PDO remains my optical cable of choice at only $20 for a 1.8 meter length).
