jmartin Gunslinger Registered: 07/13/03 Posts: 23 Loc: Rancho Cordova, CA, USA	I did this also!! I was setting up my Denon AVR to use the optical output for the Dish HD receiver, and had the same problem. There were no directions. I felt really stupid
