The 990 cannot do this, I'm afraid. A few products are beginning to appear that will transcode from component to DVI/HDMI, but I haven't seen anything aside from some specialized standalone hardware that allows DVI/HDMI video to be converted to component. In light of the recent copy protection efforts that appear to be part of HD-DVD (and likely in Blu-Ray as well), it is likely to remain this way.
