Well I gotta tell you, if the 990 sounds better than the Sherwood then that is one hell of a piece of equipment. I have not heard it so I can't say but that is quite an endorsement! :p If , as time goes on, that is the prevailing consensus I will have to try it out because I can't imagine anything better than my beloved P-965 in this price range. JHunt, Did you happen to compare the two with the same system set up?
