The 5 stereo/7 stereo mode on the 950 (which essentially duplicates the left and right channels in the corresponding surrounds and blends them for the center) is not included on the 1050. It is an interesting mode, although one that I generally would only use for background music during a party. The nearest thing on the 1050 would probably be the "Natural" mode.
