if they are 8 ohm speakers then wiring them in parallel will make 4 ohms so be sure to set the switch on the back accordingly.(power off)

and you can set the level by activating 6 channel processing,turning on the test tone, when it come to rear center you can set the level,not sure about a delay,i'm not running 6.1.
