I've already fixed the hum issue with cheater plugs. The hiss is there all the time, it's not affected by the volume level, but it is a lot louder in Analog, when i switch over to my wifes vcr it's ridiculous. Hopefully I'm doing something wrong and this is'nt an outlaw problem, I just got mine a few days ago. It should be from the new batch.
