The 950 remote does not have the JP1 interface (it's not really related to that group of remotes). It is the Home Theater Master SL-9000 with the LCD removed. Remote Central has a review of it and a forum for it and some other HTM remotes. Unlike the 1050's remote, it is a learning remote and it does have macro capability, which is likely to cover most everything people use the JP1 interface for on the 1050 remote and its relatives.
