Placed a 7100 in my system recently.It opened and cleaned up the sound.When I first turned it on it was making a noise.I discovered it(the noise)was being caused by a lamp switch on the same circuit.I replaced the switch and now no more noise.My system sounds great and I am happy with my 7100.Thinking about a 200 for my center.
