I've been fantasizing about buying some Aerial 10Ts (yes, I know I need to get a life). Do you think that the Model 770 will be able to drive them adequately?

The 10Ts imepdance is 4 ohms nominal, 3 ohms minimum, and the sensitivity is 86dB. Power hungry. Is the Model 770 up to the challenge?

Thanks for all the feedback (not!). I thought I'd just drop by and answer my own question: yes, the Model 770 seems perfectly capable of driving the 10Ts.

(Awesome speakers, by the way.)

Where's that embarssed smiley when I need one. Sometimes posts get missed.

I have a 770, I would have counciled it would be plenty.

But really just replied to say congrats on the Aerials!!!!

Thank you. The Aerials seem to be fantastic speakers. I can't wait until the matching center arrives so I can pick it up and install it! (Right now, I'm listening to the 10Ts in 2-channel mode, which, on a Lexicon MC-12, is almost a crime! )
