Most likely there is something odd going on with the 5100. I remember struggling with it a bit when I first got it. Per your previous post, the 950 is plugged into an "always on" outlet on the 5100 and the 950's main trigger output is connected to the 5100's trigger input, so the wiring is all correct. Do you have the front pushbotton on the 5100 in the "on" position? If it is still in the "off" position, the trigger will not work and the switched outlets will be off all the time.
