If it makes you feel better, mine's been on for about six hours now (been stuck home sick today). It is a little more crowded than yours (reorganizing the old entertainment center to give it and the 750 amp some more room is on my "to-do" list), and has been doing *no* amplification -- I have a Model 750 to handle everything except the center surround channel, and I've been listening to CD's and watching TV so the center surround has gotten no use. The 1050 is several degrees warmer than the 750. Where the 750 is warm (I've put a thermometer on it, and typically the top of the amp is between 90F and 100F), the 1050 is actually a bit hot -- not too hot to touch, but hot enough to be uncomfortable.
