I'm not aware of a big push towards Bluetooth in home theater as a means of controlling devices.
There are other sorts of RF protocols like Z-Wave that are big at the moment though.
But yeah, using RF to control devices is definitely where it's at.
I'm not sure if the Xbox 360 uses Bluetooth for their wireless controllers, but they are using some sort of RF and it's a big improvement over the old infrared wireless controllers that you used to have to use with game consoles if you wanted a wireless solution.
And particularly for those who must put their equipment behind closed doors, RF is the only way to go.
