Perhaps there is some sort of Aaron Burr vs. Alexander Hamilton solution here. If someone disses you, you can challenge them to a duel. A section of the Saloon DEADicated to Gunslingers who want to blast away at each other for an hour. The clear looser (judged by the Outlaws) gets banished from the site, and is effectively dead.

The option of using real weapons, in a Outlaw Gladiator Showdown Pay-for-View Event, would be of interest to me also. Secretly fixed of course... so if you were losing, we would just release a couple of lions and reach for the popcorn.
