I've had some audio issues streaming with my Fire TV. But, it turned out to be only a particular App. I changed the audio settings to another choice, and that fixed the problem. It wasn't the stereo choice though. I just left left it on that choice since. Even though all other Apps played fine before. Haven't had a problem with Netflix yet. Have you tried resetting Netflix?
