There has been no official notice of cancellation of the Atmos/DTS:X product. That said, the last update is sorta tucked into the end of this info about the 976 from more than two years ago -- http://saloon.outlawaudio.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=96259#Post96259
