Looking at the offerings I see two main groupings:

High functionality-Low performance-Low price
High functionality-High performance-High price
Of course there's the outrageous price category also.

Outlaw, imho, aims for:
Mid functionality-High performance-Mid price
Which is really an interesting exercise in price vs performance.

Obviously it works for them.
