Speaking of firmware updates how are these going to be done? It appears that the old way of RS232 is the only way. I don't know about you but my laptop doesn't have an RS232 connection so now what? Please give us a little update.
For the Model 975, we provided customers of record a null modem USB to RS232 cable free of charge when we released a firmware update. I have no reason to believe we would do anything different for this model.
Thank you. While we are on this subject will there be an update so we can rename the inputs? As you might guess I am waffling on buying the 976. I had decided to not to it but now I am not sure.
