If there was any correspondence after this, I apologize because I have no record of it. After what I felt was an unfortunate incident, but a positive interaction I am sorry to hear you feel that way. I would've assured you our units do go through quality control, but unfortunately sometimes things happen; when they do, we try to make sure the customer is taken care of.
