HDMI was the main push for me to upgrade to the 975 from my 1050, too. I need to find a decent pair of speakers and set the 1050 up in the computer room for music. I've been meaning to do so for a couple of years now but just never seem to get around to finding them. I suppose I'm waiting to stumble upon a bargain.
