What are the issues with driving an amplifier with unbalanced (RCA) inputs from a preamp with balanced (XLR) outputs?

I currectly have an Outlaw 990 processor being driven from an Outlaw 7125 amp. I'm thinking of swapping out the 990 for an Integra preamp and it only has unbalanced outputs. Same issue if I upgraded to the 978 when available.

I've seen XLR to RCA audio cables that look like they would do the trick but are there other ramifications from doing this?

Regards,

Bill
