Does anyone know of, use or recommend a wireless HDMI tranceiver?

I have a TV mounted outside (temp mount-I don't leave it there). I have been using a coax snaked through the doorwall to the upstairs cable box but would like to be able to get high def from my setup in the basement. The distance is only about 30 feet line-of-sight but there's bricks, cement and wood to contend with so I don't want to hardwire it.

IR repeater would be a bonus.
