To make a very long story short (one SMS-1, three subs, now two cuz one Sunfire needs repair and is being sent out) I am thinking about reversing my two subs; that is, using my lone Sunfire sub for LFE (EQ'd through Denon's Audyssey EQ program for dedicated LFE and redirected bass for 5.1 and 7.1 program material only) and then using my Paradigm Servo 15 (previously my LFE sub) for dedicated stereo augmentation of full-range mains. I would use the SMS-1 in this scenario, but don't want to lose the settings I took so lomg to manually set for when the Sunfire was in this role. Can I simply use one of the presets and EQ it with the Paradigm (i.e not use the "setup" preset)? This would leave me with say No.3 is an EQ-d Paradigm configuration, but No.4 is still the old Sunfire configuration/filters/EQ....right? I'd just need to make sure I didn't use No.4 or it would not sound right with the PAradigm......right?
Thanks,
Ted
