Could you be thinking of a special version of the ICBM-1 (which is now discontinued, but offered higher crossover settings)? I'm not aware of a Magnepan version of the SMS-1. I'm assuming the goal would be to allow the EQ channels to be applied to higher frequencies. Perhaps that's something that Velodyne could do in software...
