Yeah, that's no fun... The second case sounds different than the "no audio" situation that the firmware beta was addressing, since the volume control was also stuck and switching sources didn't resolve matters - sounds more like a lock-up of some sort. Either way, keep Outlaw in the loop as you've been doing and we'll see where it takes us.
