I got a confirmation notice after my third request, in which I added a note in the comments box. I also got a very nice email from Scott, informing that my first request at 915p was being honored and the other two were being removed from the system. He sugested that my spam blocker may have been the problem. I had checked for blocked mail several times and no mail from Outlaws was blocked. A glich in the Automated process?? I must say this, Outlaw Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced.
