I'd give Outlaw a call before declaring the 1050 lost - there have been a few other 1050's in the last year or so that have had mishaps and successfully paid a visit to Outlaw for service. Of course, if the upgrade bug is nibbling at your heels, I'm sure they'd also be willing to sell you a new 1070.
