The Blue Jeans digital coax/subwoofer/composite video cables would work and could be used -- you would obviously need one per channel driven (so if you had seven speakers and were therefore using all seven channels of the 7100, you'd need seven cables). Typically a digital coax cable (or composite video cable, the two are for all intents and purposes interchangeable) is rated as a 75ohm cable, which an analog audio interconnect (like the second Blue Jeans Cable link you have) is not; the digital coax cable can also do analog audio, but the analog audio can't do digital coax or video.

The order page includes an option for seven 0.5-meter PCA cables for $104.95. On the order page, it is the third option in the PCA section. If your 950 and 7100 will be fairly close together and you have access to the back of your equipment rack, the 0.5-meter PCA is an excellent choice.
