How do you diside what you need for subs. One or two. One #1 two #1s, two #2s, one #2 & one #1. I have a room that is 15x24 with 10'ceiling average 3600 cu.ft.
I want subs for movie/7.1 audio. Has anyone used the Velodyne sms-1 with a LFM-1 to equalize their room. Is the set up of the LFM-1 such that you really don't need to use the sms-1 unless you have a problematic room.
Are there other ways to evaluate your room and make changes in it with a piece of equipment you might rent or doesn't cost $599.
Other than trial and error I am not sure how to approach this.
