I’m not sure about the 950 specifically, but when I lived in the Middle East and had 230v/50Hz mains power, I used step-down transformer(s) for electronics from the US and had no problems. I used proper wire-wound transformers, not the smaller wall-wart style ‘power converters.’

On something like an audio power amplifier, if the power supply transformers were wound for 50/60 Hz, you’ll be OK. If they were wound with only 60Hz in mind, then when fed with 50Hz power, the internal impedance will be slightly lower meaning less resistance at idle and the transformer potentially running hotter. Also, the power transfer will be slightly lower at 50Hz in a 60Hz designed transformer, and therefore, if I were running the system, I would make sure I was not demanding near full-power from the amplifier.

You might check with Outlaw tech support to be sure about compatibility. Also, if the step-down transformers have multiple winding taps available, you might ask Outlaw if the voltage you feed the equipment should be selected at something less or more than 115v if running the equipment at 50Hz.
