There's a receiver chart at HTF that I have linked from my list (or just try it out here ). Aside from that, I don't know of much else. The preamps in that list are the ones most often suggested when shopping for preamps like the 950, even though the amps may not be an ideal comparison. I don't list the 950 clones because they only differ in price (and perhaps component selection, something that doesn't really tabulate well).
