You can't compensate; not with 4 speakers and one delay setting.
Next best thing: find the surround speaker that is
closest to you and enter that distance for the surround delay. The other speakers will get a bit more delay then needed. This won't be a problem because, when it comes to time aligning the surround speakers, it is always better to err on the side of extra delay rather than too little.
