Options 2 and 3 give the same basic overall wire gauge between amp and speakers, with option 2 giving the smaller share of the gauge for the high frequency and the larger gauge for the low frequency and option three giving the same gauge for each. What impact that may have is difficult to say - for typical speaker runs, I suspect that the 4TC already provides reasonably low resistance, such that there ought to be no or very little sonic impact. Likewise, option 1 puts the same equivalent wire gauge carrying the signal to one set of binding posts and a very short run of reasonably large wire to tie to the other set of posts. All three seem to be sound (no pun intended), reasonable choices.
