Thanks, Paratrooper. Do you use the Steren compression tool as well? What RG59 cable are you using? After I sent my last post I looked at the Canare plugs and crimping tool. It seemed like a lot of $$$ to get set up with the crimping tool, appropriate die plus the stripping tool. However, nice looking plugs/cables when finished. I just don't know if the added expense over the Permaseal plugs using the Steren tool is worth it. I intend to use these cables for analog audio signals from various components to my 990.
