A video scaler / video switchbox.

Hook all your video sources to it and connect your display(s) (up to ? many). Select the input and select the output and the input image is scaled to the selected settings for that output.

Of course, the output scaling is up to 1080p widescreen output.

Of course, it has 12v trigger input and output and stunningly good looks. The image quality is beyond reproach and the firmware is updatable via a usb?, firewire? network? connector. There are a series of digital audio inputs that can be selected and assigned to any of the digital outputs. And of course it has a pretty green power button.
