Network Enabled Audio Equipment

Throw out the RS-232 port and insert a LAN card. Preempt the entire industry and provide a wireless or BlueTooth PCMCIA port as well. Not only should Outlaw provide computer network capabilities but they should make the interface 'open' so programmers like myself can create our own web pages for our products. All current remote and front pannel operations should be included plus some that aren't available such as a bit rate / error correction on digital streams.

The first company to provide LAN capability on a 300 disc CD player won't be able to keep up with demand. Imagine a CD player that you can control from your computer with song search and time in/out capabilities.

Why settle for what the 'Industry' says you can do, be an Outlaw and provide full control to the users via a LAN enabled machine.
