I just realized that you have the two different Oppo 2nd generation DVD players in your system.
Why do you have both the 980 and 981 and how does the video quality on the 981 compare to the 971?
I have both because I beta tested both the
981HD and the
980H for OPPO Digital. The 981HD has the better video performance, although the differences are often hard to see when using a smaller display. As for differences between the 981HD and the 971H for video playback, there's
very little to be said there.
