How would you use a test disc with the auto system?
I would use it with the manual adjustments. I know I can't use it with the auto. I was just concerned about damaging my speakers if the internal test tones start out too loud. The test tones are not loud enough to harm your speakers. I would guess they are somewhere between 85-90 db, loud but not painfully so.

The RS meter is on the REW list and will serve for most bands less than 3K hz.
