Fuse is good. apparently they believe it is a IC Chip... not sure what that is but they cant get the part. should I have the repair person contact Outlaw Technical support? this unit have very little hours of use so that is why this is so disappointing. thanks for your help!

You could send it back to them for repair but that may be expensive shipping it.
