Finally got the basement DONE. Well... almost done... still need to do some caulking on the edge of the equipment cabinet. Took forever doing most of the work myself, but I think the payoff is worth it... what do you think?

Equipment list:
Motorola HD Cable Box
Denon DVD-2910
Tascam DA-20 DAT deck (not in rack)
Harman/Kardon AVR235 (used as pre/pro)
Outlaw Audio 755
IXOS Gamma Interconnects
Hitachi PJ-TX100
Draper Onyx screen (106" diagonal 16:9)
Fronts - Definitive Technology BP7002
Center - Definitive Technology CLR2500
Rears - Definitive Technology BPX
The other column is also pre-wired/supported for addition of another pair of BPXs to go 7.3 down the road.

Pictures are a little big to put in the post.

The bar I built behind the HT area:

And the older Family Room HT for good measure (Denon 1082 powering Energy C5/CC1/C3 speakers, Samsung 47" RP HDTV):

Oh that looks really sharp! I love the equipment rack. Excellent job - I wish I had the know how to do that kind of work. Really nice Ziggy. smile

Thanks Wingnut... to be honest I really had no experience with any of that kind of stuff. I just figured things out as I went along - and made plenty of mistakes along the way. But ultimately I'm very happy with the way everything turned out.
