I bought the M2200s used but they are still under warranty. Thanks again for all your help smile!

I am finding the music sensor feature is not very uniform in the time that my M2200s shutdown without a signal. It is becoming quite frustrating to be watching cable TV such as ESPN (DD 5.1) and have one or both of the M2200s for the R&L speakers shut off. I had the M2200s shut off even when there was audio (volume low) in the R or L speaker.

I powered off my system and timed how long it would take for the amps to power off. One M2200 was off in 2 minutes and the other two in 5 minutes. When I first put the M2200s in my system all three would stay on for at least 10-15 minutes. I do not understand why the M2200s are shutting off so quickly as 2 minutes is not very long a time.

I borrowed a friends voltage meter to see how much voltage the trigger outputs on my 886 and 2100 are outputting. Then I will have a better idea what the issue could be. I really hope to use the 12v trigger with the M2200s as it would be much better than the amps coming on and off constantly.

Since they are under warranty why not have Outlaw check them out. Shipping all three at the same time would save some $$$.

This could be a good option. I work in the Boston area and their HQ is just south of Boston. Although I'm not sure if that is where their service facility is. If it is then I can just drop them off and have them check the M2200s out. Thanks!
