I currently have the Outlaw 990 and the 7125. I am running Aperion Audio 633T Towers, 634 VAC Center Channel,632 LR Surrounds and the Intimus S-10" subwoofer. Should I be running the 633 T as small or large? How about the surrounds, sub and crossovers for each? Thank you for your help.

I would recommend running the surrounds and center small probably with a crossover around 100.
You'll want to disable the low pass filter on the sub, or at least set it as high as poddible.
For the front speakers, I't's really a matter of prefrence. My mains have a range down to 30 hz
but I still run them small crossed over at 60 hz.
I've found that some recordings , particularly organ music, feed considerable low frequency information to the front speakers if the're set to large. The small setting directs more of this information to my subs and they do a better job reproducing this than my mains.
By the same token, you may get a flatter response
for most music sources by setting your mains to large and letting your main speakers deal with the bass.
I would advise experimenting with both options. as your speaker performance and your listening habits may show one approach to be superior to the other.
