FAUguy Gunslinger Registered: 12/05/05 Posts: 247 Loc: FL	I just got my LFM-1Plus from FedEx. The sub is all black except the top. It's like a gray swirl. What's with that?

stickpony Gunslinger Registered: 05/22/06 Posts: 29 Loc: Seattle, WA	Assuming it's like the other Outlaw subs, there's a protective paper coating you have to peel off to expose the glossy black acrylic top. Though with my LFM-2, the paper coating was brown.

FAUguy Gunslinger Registered: 12/05/05 Posts: 247 Loc: FL	About 20 min after posting this thread I was moving the sub and noticed that part of it was pealing off the corner. Sure enough, it was a protective covering with a glossy piano black surface under it.
