I have installed the latest firmware upgrade and still have the lost audio problem, but only when changing stations on my Samsung TS160 DirevTV/HDTV box. It hasn't been as frequent as before and changing to another station and back normally helps. I'm hopeful that the next firmware upgrade will finally solve everyone's problem. I previously had an older Denon receiver and did not experience this problem.

I'm sure more people have these issues but they probably ignore them. Unfortunately, I've become numb to them as well.

The unit is buggy, been buggy from the beginning and I see Outlaw still hasn't fixed the problem with this latest firmware. Though I must admit, it isn't an official firmware release.

I'm still having the problem about 50% of the time when I power up. It only happens when I power up though.
